Hi Adam,

Just wanted to send a quick message out to you to say thanks for all your help with improving my credit situation.  I can't believe how many items you were able to remove from my report. Our main goal as you know was to improve my Fico score so that I could secure the mortgage for our dream house, which we were able to finalize just the other day.  But, i wanted to tell you that I went to the car dealer the other day to find out what my options would be if I traded in my older car.  It was such a nice feeling when they told me my credit was excellent, and i qualified for the best rates available.  That was a first for me! lol.  Thanks for taking the time to explain the good habits and techniques needed for long term financial success!!
